Properties: Crystals. d4 1.341. mp 130°. bp 288°. One gram dissolves in 74 ml water, more sol in boiling water, in 6 ml alc, 3.3 ml pyridine. Sol in hot benzene, slightly in ether; sol in ammonia with formation of a small quantity of benzonitrile.
