Properties: Reddish, soft, unctuous pieces; adheres to the tongue; easily reduced to powder. Insol in usual solvents. d 1.9-2.0.

Use: For coloring powders, cements, and as a pigment.
Therap-Cat: Adsorbant; protectant.
