Literature References: Glucuronide-splitting enzyme found in liver, spleen, and certain tissues of the endocrine and reproductive systems. Rats seem to have a higher concn than other mammals. Properties: White powder. Soluble in water.
Use: In the determination of urinary steroids and of steroid conjugates in blood.
