Properties: Creamy powder contg 1-4% H2O. Less bitter and more stable than bacitracin. Soly at about 28° (mg/ml): water 5.1; methanol 6.55; ethanol 2.0; isopropanol 0.16; ethyl acetate 1.3; chloroform 0.01; petr ether 0.025.
